DATA WE PROCESS AND THE PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data only after receiving your clear and direct consent. The consent is given by filling in the form with your contact information, such as first name, surname, job title, the name of the company you work for, e-mail address, phone number, or sending us an email requesting any information about our events or asking for registration for our events. Sending us your consent is mandatory if you are interested in receiving our information about our events, participants, packages of participation, prices, event invitations, and news about NOVACONF, or being registered for our events.
The abovementioned list of collected personal data does not exclude the possibility of sending you our request for further information about your academic titles, business phone number, business country, city, address, and postal code, on an optional basis.
Additionally, we may process any communication you have with us in relation to the events we host and to which you have registered for or that you have attended, publications we prepare and send you, and requested information from us.
If you do not provide us with the consent to process your personal data, we will regrettably be unable to process your subscription, and event invitations, and you will not be able to attend our events and receive information from us in accordance with the areas of your interest.

Considering the fact that the branch of NOVACONF is located in London, United Kingdom, processing of collected data includes also data transfer to the third countries, in accordance with the provisions of Decision of the European Commission of 5 February 2010 on standard contractual clauses concerning the transfer of personal data to processors established in a third country under Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (2010/87/EU) or a new Decision of the European Commission amending the above one and the internal agreement(s) signed by the companies from the NOVACONF.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of GDPR, we keep your information as long as it is necessary to deliver the content you have registered for or subscribed to. You have the right to access, amend, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. You can view and amend all your data that we are processing at any time by emailing us. You have the right to object at any moment and not to be subject to an automated decision.
Your right to be deleted from our personal database does not exclude our rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data provided in GDPR and relevant law regulations. After deletion, personal data may remain in the backup storage for a limited time, access to which is strictly limited.
